Tracking - Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

USA & CANADA
Orders from these locations take 2-7 Days for the order to arrive depending on the location input by the customer at checkout.
REST OF THE WORLD
Orders from these locations take 10-30 Days for the order to arrive depending on the location input by the customer at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is processed, packed and shipped you will receive a notification with your tracking information allowing you to easily locate your product. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
DELAYED ORDER
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible. Additionally, we will advise you on a revised estimated date for delivery.
LOST IN TRANSIT ORDER
For orders lost in transit, you are required to submit a lost claim to customersupport@jacobsvow.com within 7 Days after the estimated delivery date for follow up and further communication.
CANCELLING/CHANGING ORDER
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at customersupport@jacobsvow.com before 2 Days have passed since your original order date. Once the given period has expired, we will be unable to make any changes.
